The Brave Little Turtle

One day near a quiet river lived a small turtle named Tomo.

Tomo loved to explore the forest near the river.

But there was one problem.

Tomo was afraid of crossing the small hill behind the trees.

One morning he met a wise rabbit.

“Why do you look worried?” asked the rabbit.

Tomo replied,
“I want to see the forest behind the hill, but I am afraid.”

The rabbit smiled.

“Being brave does not mean you are never afraid. It means you try even when you feel scared.”

Tomo thought about it.

Slowly, step by step, he climbed the hill.

When he reached the top, he saw a beautiful forest and a sparkling lake.

Tomo smiled happily.

“I did it!”
